Immigrant chef brings Jamaican food to college students

The Daily Gazette, Swarthmore College’s online daily newspaper, interviewed Benton Peak, a Jamaican-born chef in the college dining hall. Peak, who became a US citizen last week, talks about why he immigrated and about how he brought a taste of the Caribbean onto the dining hall menu.
